Questions & Answers On Our Re-Opening

We’re all set to run with our new normal at M3 Perform, with our long awaited re-opening just a few days away!

Saturday, 25th July will mark the first day with members in the gym since the 20th March!

If 126 days without doesn’t make us miss it, nothing will!

With that said, alongside being massively excited to get back inside and return to doing what we do best, we all realise that we will all be required to remain on top of the new measures and guidelines set out by the Government and continue to follow procedures that ensure everyones safety.

As things may be running slightly differently than before, it naturally has brought up a few questions.

We’re going to answer them right now.

How Big Will The Classes Be?

We are permitted to have up to 14 people in the gym at any one time. This was calculated through the size of our space, which enables us to safely fill the gym.

Our classes will see a maximum of 12 people per class, alongside 2 coaches.

We have carefully measured and marked out our new training zones which will still allow for a minimum of 1 metre per zone when inside the gym.

Will We Be Using & Sharing Equipment?

In short, no.

All equipment is cleaned thoroughly before, after and in between all our sessions. Your equipment for the session in hand will be placed at your training zone for you to use throughout.

Should there be any desire to switch with anyone, it will be deemed necessary to ensure that both bits of equipment are cleaned before they change hands.

Can I Use The Changing Rooms & Showers?

At the time of writing, 22nd July, these facilities will remain OFF limits.

Toilets will remain open for emergency scenarios only, although we encourage everyone for their own safety, to minimise these trips when possible.

For the time being however, you will be required to arrive changed and ready to exercise, and leave the gym and hotel once the session is over.

Will There Still Be Online Classes?

Our New Timetable From Monday 27th July.

Our New Timetable From Monday 27th July.

Yes. We’ve decided to carry on with online classes in our new timetable.

Although most of our sessions will be taking place in the gym, we will be running online classes at the following days and times;

Tuesday - 6:15pm

Thursday - 6:15pm

Saturday - 10:00am

How Do I Book And Ensure I Don’t Miss Out On Each Class?

As always, you can book your spot onto each class through our M3 Perform app.

This his become even more essential now with the capacity for each class being as it is.

There is a waiting List feature for each class, meaning you will receive a notification should anyone cancel their spot, giving you the chance to take it.

We recommend booking early to save your place, and highly encourage everyone to cancel their spot on the app should they be unable to make the session.

Will I Be Able To Fill Up My Water Bottle?

For the time being, no.

We have removed the in-gym water feature and recommend everyone brings their own fully filled water bottle.

We want to maintain the safest possible working space and keep social distancing whenever possible. Therefore we felt we were unable to allow gatherings of people around one spot in the gym.

Our coffee machine will also be off limits for the time being for this exact reason.

Where Do I Go If I Get There Early?

Unfortunately we’ll no longer be able to gather inside the gym or in the waiting area before or after sessions.

The new guidelines will mean that arriving in time for the session to start is a must.

We have spaced our classes out to give at least 15 minutes between any 2 sessions. Allowing enough time for the previous class to exit the hotel one way, whilst the next class enters on the opposite side of the building.

It goes without saying that these measures are of course subject to change, as Government and Health Expert advice evolves over the coming weeks and months.

For now, however we feel these guidelines are needed to ensure the safety of every member and client who walks through our doors.

Nonetheless, we still cannot wait to see everyone inside the gym this Saturday and are looking forward to picking up from where we left off in March!

If you have any other questions, then please simply get in touch using the email Info@m3perform.com, where we will be happy to answer any questions or queries you have about how we’ll be running in this new normal for everyone.

Stay safe and we will see you all very soon!

The M3 Perform Team.
